As a leading supplier, we can proudly announce, that we have successfully engineered a production application that will allow for bespoke designed interiors to be UK printed and manufactured at scale.
The Printed coffin interior range

This follows the principles that print wrapped coffins were intended for, but we seek to make it more inclusive. The interior and the items places within a coffin are very personal to family and friends. Its something that they can choose to do or say to their loved one that is private, whilst at the same time comforting in the knowledge that they are surrounded by pictorial thoughts and words that reflect their lives.

The innovation allows limitless designs and ideas, whether that be to represent the persons hobbies or interests. Perhaps scenery or landscapes that were shared, images of family or friends or farewell words that loved ones would like to say, this is all possible to create.
As a leading and progressive supplier, we sought to overcome production challenges and can proudly announce, that for the first time, have engineered a solution that will allow for bespoke designed interiors to be UK printed and manufactured at scale. Such scale and techniques will allow for entry costs that limit the financial burden that can preclude clients from choosing something that is so emotive.
The Innovation and Technology
The challenge was to transfer designs or images onto textiles within our own production facility at speed and at scale. The solution was to use Dye-Sublimation printing. This process involves a computer printing technique which uses heat transfer 'water based' dyes onto fabric. The sublimation process is permanent, with a high resolution and full colour printing.

The fabric is then prepared and machined into the finished interior using the latest garment manufacturing technology. High precision laser cutting, quilting, lace making and pillow production are all areas that have been automates to give the scale requires. What is available and indeed possible.
